I am a 'newbie', where do I start?

• Step 1:  Sign up for FREE
• Step 2: Once your application is accepted, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will include the URL to the affiliate center plus your unique tracking number and login/password. You can retrieve the code for banners or text links from the affiliate center.
• Step 3:  Placing this code into a web page on your own site will display a banner on the page. This banner includes a unique tracking number (your affiliate number) that is sent to our site if a user clicks on the banner.

  If a user registers on our site, your affiliate number is associated with the registration in our database. Therefore there is a permanent record of who referred the user.

How Much Can You Make?

It's the same old answer - "How long is a piece of string?" But to put it into perspective, most beginner affiliates can generally generate 5-10 sales a week to begin with depending on how committed they are and how much work they put into it. On the other end of the scale, experienced affiliates will generate well over 100 sales a week without trouble. It really depends on how much time and effort you are willing to put into affiliate marketing.
Our commissions are paid for five types of transactions:

For every employer who posts a job, purchases resume access or both: earn 15% commission
For each new resume posted: $0.50
For each new account created: $0.30
For each Sponsor Partner posted:17%
For each product ordered: 10%

As an affiliate, you can promote any or all of these services.

 How and when do I receive the commission?

Commissions will be paid monthly and you will receive all commission on payments that have been cleared at least 8 weeks prior. We only pay after at least 8 weeks due to the risk of charge-backs should the customer's card have been stolen or misused in some way.
